Pulse Property Group, through its subsidiaries, entered the residential property market in 2000 and initially focussed on acquiring and on selling freehold house and sectional title flats around the country.

Since 2005 Pulse Property Group has, through its subsidiaries, focussed on investing in blocks of residential flats and secure complexes, providing for the rental needs in high density areas of the major cities in South Africa.

Pulse Property Group now owns over 1 200 residential units countrywide and is actively pursuing opportunities to expand its portfolio.

The Group's leases typical duration is 12 months, with renewals and new rentals set at 1 April each year.

Pulse Property Managers has offices in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Florida, Cape Town and East London, with staff being employed in various functions including lease origination, revenue collection, facilities management, property development and refurbishments, and finance administration
